New revision of cadett ELSA
Last week we released a new major revision update of cadett ELSA - R43.0.2.0.
Don't miss out on updates! In a matter of minutes, you will have access to the latest news and fixes.
Below we list some of the news:
- Faster drawing environment through better management of configuration files.
- New command - SmartMove - which is a more intelligent variant of STRETCH.
- New command that changes the symbol version, for example changing landscape to portrait.
- New feature - AutoLine - which draws lines automatically when inserting a symbol.
- Brand new connection editor:
- Available in parallel with Dynamic OnLine I but will eventually replace it
- At least an order of magnitude faster
- A host of new functionality, including greatly expanded options for configuring automatic zeroing, and a faster and more user-friendly user interface
- The symbol generator now supports the new concepts of "version" and "group". "Version" is used to distinguish between landscape, portrait, flipped and mirrored symbol variants (think of diodes and switching contacts, for example). Up to eight versions are supported. "Group" is used to link multiple versions together. The new concepts enable a range of new features.
- New help function in QuickPDF
- Support for hyperlinks between multiple PDF files when created with extended filename setting in QuickPDF
- The consistency check has been complemented by the possibility of an "extended check". This finds, among other things, incorrect cables where the postal code of the parties does not match the main symbol.
- The standard symbols in the IEC1082 symbol library have been supplemented with version and group to support the new functionality.
- The catalog database has been extended to support multiple cabinet display symbols for the same item, for example multiple 2D views as well as 3D symbols.
The previous revision update also added several new features and improvements. Keep your software up to date so that you can benefit from the latest technology at all times!
