The Symbol section contains a sub-section called Appearance, and a separate button called Size and position >>.

 

•In the Appearance section, you will find tools to control the positions of the attributes, and the appearance of the box itself.

 

•Using the Size and position >> button, you can reposition and resize the boundary box, by redefining the lower left and upper right corners of it.
