The Save configuration button is used to save the current setting for the Appearance as the new default.

 

•If you do not click the Save configuration button after you have changed the appearance using one of the radio buttons to the right, the change that you have made will affect the current boundary box only. The next time you create a new boundary box, the default will be the same.

 

•On the other hand, if you do click the Save configuration button, the currently made selection will be used as the default for future boundary boxes.
