Complete designation is the complete terminal group name calculated from the attributes of the current terminal in combination with the surroundings in the form of possible boundary boxes and title field information.
Fore technical reasons, this information might sometimes lag behind, meaning that it will not be updated until the dialogue box is left and reopened, which on the other hand will happen automatically in connection with certain operations, but which of course also may occur due to the actions of the user.
Calculation and presentation of Complete designation will be made only if Check designation is checked. In other words, you can turn off the both calculation and presentation of the Complete designation. If you do, the presentation will look like shown in the figure below, where the text Not calculated will replace the complete terminal group name.
