Check designation

If the Check designation check-box, which is shown in the figure above, is checked, a calculation and presentation of the complete terminal group name will be made automatically. This presentation will be made in the Complete designation field, as shown in the figure below.

The calculation of the complete terminal group name will be made from the attributes of the current terminal in combination with the surroundings in the form of possible boundary boxes and title field information.

 

Fore technical reasons, this information might sometimes lag behind, meaning that it will not be updated until the dialogue box is left and reopened, which on the other hand will happen automatically in connection with certain operations, but which of course also may occur due to the actions of the user.

 

If Check designation is not checked, the presentation will look like shown in the figure below, where the text Not calculated will replace the complete terminal group name.
