Other attribibutes section in Wire-number dialogue

The Other attributes section of the Wire-number dialogue is marked with a red box in the figure below.

This section is used for wire properties, like Dimension, Colour, and more.

 

Four standard properties are available in cadett ELSA R43.0.2.3 and earlier. User defined properties can be added by adding additional attributes the wire.number symbols. In later versions of cadett ELSA, additional standard properties will also be added.

 

The current standard properties are the following:

 

Dimension

Colour

Signal name

Node name

 

They are described in separate sub-topics, which you can access using the links above.

 

These standard properties are stored in one single invisible attribute in the wire-number symbol. To achieve this, the information is coded, so that the software can separate the properties from one another.

 

 

Technical detail

The name of the invisible attribute in which the standard properties are stored is OUT_DIM.
