With this parameter, you control if leading zeroes should be used in the sheet numbers of the title field.
Leading zeroes are always used in the file names. This means that sheet number 1 when the number of digits has been set to 3, will always be specified as 001 in the end of the file name.
However, in the title field of the drawing sheets and in cross-references, it is possible to choose whether to use such leading zeroes or not. This parameter does exactly that.

With this feature activated, you will get a sheet number written as 001 instead of 1 in the title field, in the case of 3 digit sheet numbers.
