The Paste command is found in the toolbar and in the context menu of the survey.

To use the Paste command, you must first select one or multiple drawing sheets, either in the current project or in another project, and thereafter select the Copy command. When you have done that, you are able to paste the selected sheets in the desired location, meaning in the project of your choice and either in the SOURCE or in the TARGET directory, according to your wish.

The copied sheets that you paste with the Paste command, will always end up in the very end among the sheets that have the combination of document codes that you finally select.

(To paste between existing sheets of a certain document code, you can use the Paste between command instead).

Dependent on whether the file name composition is equal for the originals and the copies, the behaviour will be somewhat different, when you paste. If you copy/paste within a project, the file name composition is of course always equal. If you copy/paste between projects, it may differ.

In two sub-topics below, these two cases are described in general terms. All the details of the document code selection dialogue box, are described in a separate topic.
