In the middle of the dialogue box, a list of the projects that you selected to export will be shown. Please refer to the figure below.

The list contains six columns, which are described by the table below.

Short project name |
The project id used for internal reference, which is always unique

Long project name |
The true name of the project, which is also always unique
|
Project description |
The description of the project, which is not required to be unique

Project groups |
A list of all groups that the project is a member of
|
Project status |
If the project is ready to be exported or not
|
Filename |
The filename for the EZP file that will be created if the project is exported with current settings
|
You can either export all projects in the list, using the Export all listed projects button, or you can select some of the projects in the list, and then click the Export selected projects button, to export only them. A third option is to not export any projects at all. You achieve that if you click the Close button, instead of any of the two Export buttons.
