Depending on which type of connection you are dealing with, this field shows different information:

 

•For ordinary wires, you will find the wire-number here.

•For cable cores, the only thing you will see here is the word CABLE.

•For wires which do not have a number yet, the field is empty.

 

The content of this field is editable, using several tools that are described in the Wire-number field topic. The Wire-number field is found in the Wire properties section to the right of the wire-list.
