OnLine Settings… |
With this command, you access the main dialogue for control of how the OnLine Engine works. Basic settings like whether the engine should be on or off, are found here.
This is also the place where you can start an OnLine database regeneration, which is the standard way of eliminating any discrepancies between the content of the drawing sheets and the OnLine database. Such deviations may cause a lot of strangely looking problems.
Please refer to the separate OnLine Settings... topic.

Settings for automatic item designation generation… |
This is a “short-cut” to the project parameters that control the automatic item designation generation, which can be made automatically when inserting main symbols in circuit diagrams, and in some other situations as well.
A specially designed dialogue box gives access to the set of project parameters that controls this functionality. This means that you can alter these settings when needed, without having to exit the Drawing Environment to access them from the Project Module.
Please refer to the separate Settings for automatic item designation generation… topic, which describes the dialogue box in full detail.
