Update current sheet (multi-user)

This is a feature for multi-user projects.

In projects configured to allow multiple concurrent users, changes made by another user, may affect the current sheet, like creating a need for cross-references to be updated. When executing ordinary commands in the current sheet, such changes are automatically performed. You can also force such changes to take immediate effect using this command.
