Surrounding rectangle

The figure below shows a potential reference where the cross-reference has a hyperlink marked with a surrounding rectangle in green. Please note, that rectangles like this are only shown when displaying the PDF file on a computer screen. The rectangle will not be shown in printouts of the PDF file.

The settings that are available with respect to surrounding rectangles are shown in the figure below.

First and foremost, you can use a check-box to decide whether to use the feature at all.

 

Secondly, for the case that you do use it, you can decide which RGB colour the rectangles should have.
