In the lower part of the tab, you will find the list of selected projects.

 

If you started the feature by first selecting projects in the detailed projects list, and then selected Create PDF files in the context menu, the projects that you selected will be listed.

 

If you started the feature without first selecting any projects, the list will be empty.

 

You can select projects in the list of all projects and then click the ADD TO THE LIST button to add them to the list of selected projects.

 

You can affect how the list of selected projects is sorted, by simply clicking the header of the column that you want to sort on.
