The Silent PDF feature creates PDF files in an entirely different and much more effective way than traditional methods. SilentPDF makes it possible to generate PDF files for multiple projects at once, without starting the Drawing Environment. On top of that, the generation process is silent and transparent, meaning that the user can continue his or her work in cadett ELSA using the Drawing Environment or any other part of cadett ELSA while the generation is done.

There are two ways of starting Silent PDF:

1.Select any number of projects in the Project Module, right-click and select Create PDF file. A dialogue box presents the list of selected projects. In that dialogue box, you can adjust the settings and start the generation.

2.Without selecting any projects in the Project Module, right-click and select Create PDF file. The same dialogue box as in the alternative described above appears, in this situation without any selected projects. You can then select which projects to generate PDF files for directly in the dialogue, control the settings, and finally start the generation.
