Above the list of selected projects - empty or not - you will find a List of projects to select from. By default, that list contains all projects.

 

The list is not sorted by default. The projects are simply listed in the order that they were created or imported to the projects database. Therefore the order might seem random. You sort the list by simply clicking the header of the column that you want to sort on. Three columns are available, the Short project name, the Long project name and the Project description.

 

You can select any projects you want in that list, and then lick the ADD TO THE LIST button. When you do, the selected projects will be added to the List of selected projects to create PDF files.
