The following prerequisites must be met to use Remote TRAVEL:

 

•To be able to check-out or check-in projects using the Remote TRAVEL feature, you need an IP communication with the cadett ELSA server. You will have that if you are connected to the same local area network (LAN). As an alternative, if you work remotely, you can also establish such a communication link using VPN or by other suitable means.

 

•The cadett ELSA installation on the server and the local installation of cadett ELSA should be of the same version. Otherwise, compatibility is not guaranteed, and the transferring might not work properly.

 

•You need to have cadett ELSA Enterprise license to be able to access the Remote TRAVEL feature.

If you try to use Remote TRAVEL without a cadett ELSA Enterprise license, you will encounter an error message that is displayed with uttermost discretion, in the way that is shown in the figure above.
