The Item designation (PLC) selection will result in a display of PLC’s only.

 

Apart from that, the result will be like with the Item designation (devices) alternative, which is described in the previous sub-topic.

 

When you have selected a specific symbol, all its data is presented in the right part of the screen, and you can even edit attribute related data. This is described in sub-topics Editing of general attributes and Editing item designation.

 

So, this alternative works in a similar way as the Plant alternative. Please therefore refer to the Plant sub-topic.
