With the Item Potential reference name selection, all potential reference symbols of the project will be accessible. Below every potential reference name, you will find all potential reference symbols with that potential reference name.

 

When you have selected a specific symbol, all its data is presented in the right part of the screen, and you can even edit attribute related data. This is described in sub-topics Editing of general attributes and Editing item designation.

 

So, this alternative works in a similar way as the Plant alternative. Please therefore refer to the Plant sub-topic.
