In this field you enter which catalogue you primarily wish to use in the project.

 

In the drawing sheet you set an index in every symbol. This index represents a reference to a certain resource in the catalogue. Every index can contain a note of which catalogue it is referring to. If you do not specify a catalogue name like that, cadett ELSA will automatically search the catalogue which you have entered as default catalogue.

 

The corresponding field name in the project parameters database (PROJECTS.DBF) is named KATALOG. Using  the !KATALOG variable in the mask file for the Drawing Manager, you can therefore automatically get the default catalogue entered in the Drawing Manager and transferred to the title fields of the drawing sheets. In the standard ELSA390 mask, that option is not used.

 

The corresponding report variable for report definitions is !PROJKAT.
