A conventional FMT form is arranged in a similar way as a DXF form. It describes how a page in a finished report will look. Several pages will be created if the amount of information that is going to be presented is too large to fit in one page.
The figure below shows an example of a conventional FMT form.

Information corresponding a title field (the header) must be placed at the top of an FMT form. Otherwise, the header might end up empty. When the Report Generator reaches to the end of the TARGET database, the generation is finished. If this happens before the entire form is processed, a drawing header located at the end of a form will be empty.
If you wish to use semi-graphics in your form, please remember to use the old ASCII table.
