This is a feature that is either turned on or off, which is shown with a check to the left if it is on, or no check if it is off.

 

For good reasons, this feature is in most cases turned off.

 

Prototype projects are displayed in a virtual group of their own. That virtual group is named Protype project. In the actual groups where the projects actually belong, these prototype projects will not be shown, normally. However, if you activate the feature that is discussed here, prototype projects will be displayed both in the virtual Prototype project group, and in the folders where they are actually members.
