When a user defined project parameter is defined in USERPROJPAR.INI, it becomes mandatory for all projects, which means that it will be available in all projects.

If a project parameter is defined both in the project, and centrally (in USERPROJPAR.INI), any deviations will be handled in the following way:

If the Maximum length is different, the greatest value will be the effective one. If the central value is greater, the setting in the project will automatically be changed to the central value.

If the Write protect setting is different, the central setting will be the effective one.

If the Prompt is different, the setting in the project will be the effective one.

If the Empty for new project setting is different, the central setting will be the effective one.
