Column numbering over multiple sheets

Previous pageReturn to chapter overviewNext page

Here you decide whether column numbering should be made over multiple sheets or not.

Column numbering over multiple sheets means that the numbering of columns continues on the next drawing sheet. The columns of the first drawing sheet will, for instance, be numbered 1 - 8, on the second sheet they will be numbered 9 - 16, on the third 17 - 24, and so forth.

The most common option is to let the numbering start over again on every drawing sheet so that all drawing sheets get the same column numbering as the first one.

The value of this parameter, is used just as a starting point for the calculations which cadett ELSA does of cross-references and so forth. It is up to you to make sure that the numbering in the drawing frame on each drawing sheet corresponds to this value, and the other way around.

An automatic column numbering over multiple sheets in the drawing frame, can for example be achieved using the Script Generator.
