Previous pageReturn to chapter overviewNext page

Using the Create comparison databases... command, two revisions can be compared with one another, in order to find out which design-wise changes have been made. The result will be reports describing which objects that have been added, removed or changed between the revisions, like devices, cables and wires. That information can be very useful for many purposes.

In short, two revisions are selected in the detailed projects list, the selection is right-clicked and the Create comparison databases... command is selected in the context menu. TARGET databases containing the result is created, which makes it possible to generate reports that presents the result, using the Report Generator.
