In older Elprocad versions, some connection informations was stored in a separate file named BLDC.TXT. If the Elprocad drawings that you are converting are dependant on such a file, you will need access to it. When applicable that file is part of the Elprocad installation and should be copied from there.
This file contains information about where the connection points are located in the symbols that do not have the connection point information encoded in the block name. Find the file and copy it into the library for the symbol standard that you are using for your "conversion project" in cadett ELSA. If you are converting an older Elprocad project, shape files may also be needed for text and symbols to be visible. The shape files have the .SHX file type and are found in the Elprocad installation. Also copy them to the current symbol library. However, the shape files ELPROCAD.SHX and ISO.SHX are already pre-installed.
If the BLDC.TXT is entirely missing, an error message is issued and you will not be able to make any conversions. An empty text file with the proper name and location will do in such cases.
