This setting - Maximum number of terminals per sheet - specifies how many terminals the DXF form has room for. Typically, a DIN form only have one row for each terminal, even if it would be possible to create one with two rows for each terminal. Nevertheless, the figure that should be specified here, is the number of terminals that can be presented, regardless of the number of rows per terminal.
