The Forward option is used to "undo" the Back option. In other words, if you for instance have gone back multiple steps using the Back option, and maybe clicked Back one or two times too many, you can easily move forward again using the Forward option.

 

As with Back, you can repeat Forward multiple times as well.

 

When you execute this option, any changes that you might have made to the current sheet are first saved. Then, the sheet that you came from using the Back option, is opened.
