The Back option is used to go back to the drawing sheet that you came from, regardless of how you came from there.

 

When you execute this option, any changes that you might have made to the current sheet are first saved. Then, the sheet that you came from, is opened, provided that it was in the same project. If the current sheet is the only one that has been opened since you entered the Drawing Environment, the current sheet will be reopened.

 

Please note that you can repeat the Back option multiple times, and thereby so-to-speak go back the same road that you came.

 

The Back option works fine for all options of the Sheet Shift Feature, meaning regardless of which one you used to shift to the sheet where you are. Additionally, it also works fine if you came to the current sheet using other tools, like for instance the Cross-referenced objects command, or one of the View options in Dynamic OnLine.
