Filter text

The Filter text field in the Filter section is shown within a red box in the figure below. Its is used for a filter of the most basic type.

You enter any character combination in the field, as in the example shown in the figure above where a simple "Q" has been entered. The result is that only wire-chains where the entered character combination is part of at least one connection point will be displayed.

 

Connection points are defined by a combination of complete item designation and connection point number for devices, and the complete item designation for terminals (for example =A1+D3-Q1:5 or =A1+D3-X5:L1).
