Information from I/O symbols can be managed through the ActiveX interface of cadett ELSA, meaning that it can easily be both exported and imported. Both ways, the information transfer is made fully OnLine.

 

An Excel sheet with suitable macros can for instance extract information corresponding to an I/O list from the project. That list may be edited in Excel. Finally the changes may be transferred back to the project, where all symbols are updated with the changes.
