Symbol Insert or External connection diagram mode

In the bottom of the Symbol Insert Tool, two tabs make it possible to use the Symbol Insert Tool palette for a completely different purpose, namely for generation of External Connection Diagrams.

The tabs are used as tabs are used. Simply click the desired one.
