Commands to switch background colour

Two commands area available to switch between white and black background. These commands may be typed at the command prompt or selected from one of the menus.

 

Command

Description

WBC

Short  for White Background Colour

The background colour is set to white.

The cross-hair colour is set to blue.

BBC

Short for Black Background Colour

The background colour is set to black.

The cross-hair colour is set to yellow.

 

The first place to find these commands, and an additional third one, is shown in the figure below. That is the View panel of the View tab i the ribbon menu.

You can find the same commands also in the View pull-down menu. Please refer to the figure below.

The third place to find the same background handling commands is in the View toolbar, as shown in the figure below.

Command in the menu

Description

Set white background

The WBC command as described above.

 

Set black background

The BBC command as described above.

 

Set white background and
adapt layer colours
