File access to the server is needed, which is preferably achieved by physically connecting the computer to the local network, meaning to pay a physical visit to the office. Exclusive access to the server installation or a copy thereof is needed. Either you can visit the office at night time when nobody is working, or you can make a copy of the cadett ELSA installation in the night, and import from that copy at a more convenient point of time. Since the import is soft, you need a fresh and empty local installation of cadett ELSA to import to. Make a new local installation on the computer and then import to that. To update the local installation with changes made on the server, you need to uninstall the local cadett ELSA, make a new installation and then import from the server again. In the case some cadett ELSA workstations are active when the import or the copy is made, even if nobody is working, the import will be incomplete and important data might be missing.
