Sub-circuit

Previous pageReturn to chapter overviewNext page

A sub-circuit is a WBLOCK typically containing a useful part of a circuit diagram, with symbols and lines, saved under a certain name and registered in the symbol database, thus making it available to insert from the Symbol Insert Tool.

A sub-circuit can of course contain anything. It can also be part of cabinet layout, or only some lines that are practical to reuse repeatedly.
