Conventional vertical forms

Previous pageReturn to chapter overviewNext page

A vertical form is rotated 90 degrees counter-clockwise. Consequently, the rows are vertical when displayed in AutoCAD. The first row is at the left and the beginning of every row is at the bottom. For this reason, the form is sorted in the X direction first. The sorting of both X and Y coordinates is made in increasing order since the rows begin at the bottom.

When dealing with vertical forms, select the corresponding alternative in the dialogue box, and all other parameters will be set accordingly without further involvement from your side.
