Several fields in the title filed of a newly created drawing sheet receive values retrieved from the selected document codes, which is shown in the figure below.

The Document kind Classification Code has been set to &EFS automatically. The two title lines also reflect the document code selection. The first line comes from the DCC code, while the second line is defined by the last defined level in the plant tree.

Figure 596:  Several fields in the title field reflect the choice of document codes that were made when the drawing sheet was created, like the DCC code and the titles.

The function designation in the upper left corner of each sheet, is automatically defined from the selected document codes in the plant tree. In this case, that has resulted in a four level function designation.

Please note that the box surrounding the function, location and product designations has been extended in size compared to the standard ELSA390 drawing frame, in order to accommodate the relatively long function designations that are used here.

Please refer to the Title field links topic for a description of the links to fields in the title field that makes it possible to get function, document kind classification code and other information specified automatically.
