In the File name section, you can specify which name to use for the generated PDF file.

 

The simplest choice is to check the Short project name option. If you do, the PDF file will be named after the short project name. That will always give you a valid file name.

 

The other alternative is to deactivate the Short project name option and manually specify a file name in the field below. In that way, you can name the file anything that you like. However, please consider the file name restrictions that apply in the Drawing Manager, if you want your PDF file to be handled there. For example, a file name longer than the specified length will prevent the PDF file from being collected, presented and opened in the Drawing Manager.
