Connection point numbers are for other symbols what cable core numbers are for cable core symbols. The first connection point number, which for cable cores is the cable core number, is therefore shown separately in a field named Cable core no. Here you can also edit it by clicking the Edit button in the toolbar.

 

Cable core symbols also have a special attribute, which normally is not present anywhere else, namely wire-number binding (KNR0). This attribute can be edited directly in the field named Wire-number binding. The use of that attribute is documented separately.
