You can easily remove symbols from the Symbol Insert Tool to prevent further use of them. In a corresponding way, you can add symbols that have previously been removed.

By clicking the TOGGLE display of removed symbols button, all symbols of the selected resource category that have been removed from the Symbol Insert Tool will be displayed. This gives you the opportunity to right-click a removed symbol and then to select Add to the Symbol Insert Tool. Proceed by clicking the TOGGLE display of removed symbols button once again. All removed symbols will then once again be invisible as they are supposed to be.
