As described in the Filter topic, the possibilities of setting filters are well developed and quite extensive. In other words, a filter can be quite complicated. Consequently, there is a given need to be able to save a filter to pick it up and activate it when needed. Exactly that functionality is available. Here is how to use it, with three simple commands:
1.Set the filter you want.
2.Save the filter in question by right-clicking in the survey and selecting Save filter…
3.You will get a dialogue box where you can select a name for the current filter. There is also an option to select automatic loading of all items in connection with activation of the filter in question.
4.Click OK.
5.The filter is saved.
To activate a named filter, right-click in the survey and select the Filter submenu with all available named filters.
To delete a named filter that you do not want to keep, you right-click in the survey and select the Delete filter… command. You will get a dialogue box that presents all available named filters. Select the ones that you want to delete and click the Delete button. Then click OK to exit the dialogue box.
