In this field you can enter the filename, with file type both without specification of directory, for the form to be used by the current report definition.
You cannot specify directory (path). The path is instead controlled by the choice of form type. There is one standard path for FMT, and one for DXF forms. Please refer to the previous sub-topic: Type of form.
There is a file-selection button on the right side of the field. If you click it to get access to a file-selection dialogue box.

In that dialogue box, you can select form by clicking instead of typing the filename. Please note that there is meaningless to select from a non-default directory, since the path is not stored in the report definition. In other words, it is not possible to use other directories than the default ones.
