This is a standard AutoCAD sub-command, which you can use when AutoCAD is prompting you to select objects.

 

When AutoCAD is prompting you to select objects, you can easily select the previously selected set of objects using the Previous sub-command.  This sub-command re-selects the last used selection set, allowing for quick modifications (like Move, Copy, or Delete) without re-selecting items individually.
