In a large thin client solution, the following is needed.

 

•A conventional cadett ELSA server that can serve both thin and thick clients.

 

oWindows Server 2019 or newer. Citrix, Microsoft Remote Desktop, TSplus or similar software.

o16 GB RAM or more.

o2 processor cores or more.

oWell-dimensioned in relation to the clients.

oVirtual server recommended.

 

•Appropriate number of client servers for a maximum of 3 - 5 concurrent users per server (recommended max. 3 - 4).

 

oWindows Server 2019 or newer.

o16 GB RAM per concurrent user per server.

oMin. 2 processor cores per concurrent user per server.

 

Roaming profiles, load balancing and similar are typical parts of large thin client solutions.
