The Selection of document codes to renumber dialogue box can either present short texts like in the figure above, or descriptions like in the figure below. You select which one to present using a check-box in the lower left corner of the dialogue box.

The advantage and the disadvantage of the respective display modes are probably obvious. Please also note that short texts far from always are available to show. Descriptions however are almost always available.
