Below the entries of Signature 1 and Signature 2, you will find a number of check-boxes that specify whether any files and other settings in addition to the project parameters should be copied from the prototype project. To the right of that, an option to specify a filter for the copying of files from the prototype project is available.

The first of these check-boxes is labelled Copy content of SOURCE directory.

Prototype projects in their usual sense are empty, as are the standard prototype projects that come with cadett ELSA upon delivery. For such prototype projects, in other words, it  does not matter if you check this option or not.

A completely different variant - and a variant that can be very useful in many cases - is to use an ordinary project as a prototype project. In that case, this option is highly relevant.

If Copy content of SOURCE directory is checked, drawing sheets, and other files according to the current Filter for copying, are copied from the SOURCE directory of the  prototype project to the SOURCE directory of the new project that you are creating..

Please note that document codes and numbering algorithm assignments will also be copied if you check Copy content of SOURCE directory.
