This is the standard AutoCAD ABOUT command, which gives general software information about AutoCAD, like version and license information.

 

The ABOUT command displays information about your AutoCAD product. Copyright information and product information is displayed. Product information includes the version number and service pack, serial number, license type and expiration date, and the text of the license agreement. You can save the product information as a text file.
