Changes that you make in the Lexicon will be marked with red boxes around the changed fields. As long as those red boxes are shown, you can use the Undo feature. That is because the changes are in memory only, not yet saved to the database.

 

When you finally save the changes, which you do by clicking the Reorganise button, all changes are written to the database, and no further undo is possible.
