Conversion here relates to script sequences from cadett ELSA 5.5 and older. That version was discontinued in the year 2000. The likeliness of having to deal with that kind of script sequences these days is therefore very slim. Whether converted script sequences of that kind should overwrite anything or not, is therefore not the most important question to worry about.
