The presentation on the screen can be updated using the Refresh feature, which can be invoked in a couple of ways:

 

•The Refresh button above the tree view

•The Collect button in the toolbar

 

With one of those buttons you can refresh both the tree view and the detailed projects list, both at once.

 

In a multi-user environment, other users may alter the tree structure or the projects themselves, which might not be reflected directly on your screen. A refresh, as described above, solves that issue.

 

The refresh procedure updates the presentation on the screen with any changes that might have taken place in the central project database on the server.
